Desperados Mexican Restaurant & Bar (デスペラードス) has been serving up authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine in Nagoya since 1998. Before that, chef and owner Rudy had been working his culinary magic in kitchens throughout Japan and the U.S.A.

Desperados is owned and operated by Rudy and his wife Takako. Rudy, born in Mexico and a Mexican citizen was raised in the U.S. and is fluent in Spanish and English. Takako, a native of Japan, is also fluent in English.
